Job summary

Solventum in St. Louis, Missouri, is hiring a Field Service Representative I to service healthcare clients, delivering, installing and maintaining cutting-edge medical device equipment onsite.

You will build strong relationships with customers, manage inventory, and handle cleaning, disinfection and documentation for delivery. The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver’s license; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, including delivery, pickup and maintenance of medical device equipment.
• Interface with customers daily and build, cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Clean, process and perform quality control of medical device equipment and manage facility housekeeping.
• Load and unload equipment from company vehicles and participate in training and travel.
