Venza Care is seeking a Facility Recruiter and Payroll Specialist for Smithfield Rehabilitation and Care Center in Smithfield, North Carolina. You will manage recruitment, onboarding coordination, and bi-weekly payroll for facility staff.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent in human resources.
• Proven recruitment and retention track record.
• Experience with payroll systems and record keeping.
• Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and events.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely and organized communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Document all candidate interactions and progress.
• Initiate and manage reference checks and background screenings.
• Stay informed on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
• Represent Smithfield at job fairs and networking events.
• Partner with onboarding to ensure smooth new-hire transitions.
• Participate in recruiting roundup meetings and training sessions.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for facility employees.
