Mountain View Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Pineville, KY is seeking a dedicated Recruiter and Payroll Specialist to join our team. You will identify and attract candidates, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, maintain records in our ATS, and process bi-weekly payroll for facility employees.

This role blends talent acquisition with payroll operations to support our compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or staffing coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and job boards.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely and organized communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Document all candidate interactions and progress.
• Initiate and manage reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Stay informed on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
• Represent Mountain View at job fairs and networking events.
• Partner with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Participate in recruiting roundup meetings and training sessions.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for facility employees

Compensation
