MPI is seeking a project manager for occupied institutional and healthcare renovation projects in the Miami/Plantation area. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, coordinate owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors, and maintain schedules and budgets.

You will lead communications in active campus environments, ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance, and provide detailed project reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing institutional renovation projects.
• Healthcare project experience preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Currently based in the Miami or Plantation area.
• Able to provide 3 professional references and detailed reasons for leaving prior roles.
