The Alden Network is seeking an Assistant Administrator to oversee facility operations under the Administrator's direction, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The role emphasizes leadership, policy adherence, and staff supervision to maintain quality resident care.

Candidates should have a health administration degree or nursing licensure, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with families, residents, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration or higher, or licensed nurse.
• Knowledge of long-term care preferred.
• Must read/write/speak English clearly.
• Ability to interact with residents, families, staff and community.
• Must be able to make independent decisions when required.
• Must have leadership and supervisory ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility programs.
• Supervise staff and ensure in-services training.
• Ensure quality care and proper admission paperwork.
• Represent the facility to clients, hospitals, and community agencies.
• Provide direction in the Administrator's absence.
