Job summary

The Alden Network is seeking a Nursing Department Administrator to plan, organize, direct and delegate the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with applicable laws and facility policies. This position ensures the highest quality of care for residents at all times.

The role requires a current RN license (IL/WI), CPR certification, and strong leadership to maintain staffing, audits, care planning and collaboration with physicians, families, and administration.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in IL or WI.
• Minimum 1 year nursing service administration experience.
• CPR certification required or obtained within two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Nursing Department.
• Assure all Nursing procedures and protocols are followed in accordance with established policies and review annually for revisions.
