Job summary

Marsden Central is seeking an Area Manager - Medical Accounts to lead a healthcare-focused facility service department. The role requires collaboration with senior leadership and oversight of safety and customer engagement.

You will train supervisors, conduct safety training, mentor leaders, and manage budgets. Flexibility in schedule, on-call availability, and core hours from 4pm to 12:30am are required.

Responsibilities

• Train supervisors and employees on assigned duties.
• Complete safety audits and conduct safety training.
• Oversee customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Mentor employees to develop future leaders.
• Assign tasks and inspect work to meet standards.
• Resolve employee problems or escalate to Operations Manager.
• Investigate customer complaints and document action plans.
• Assist in starting new accounts and meet customers.
• Conduct building inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Enforce company policies and manage budgets/staffing.
