• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain facility equipment and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with fire safety protocols.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, parking areas, and walkways.
• Inspect and document building systems; assist with regulatory inspections.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and communicate disruptions.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors for efficient maintenance operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
