Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with at least 5 years experience in the maintenance field.
• Valid Alabama driver license and a good driving record.
• Ability to read and write; read blueprints and schematics; lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance for AltaPointe facilities as assigned.
• Carry out electrical repairs, painting, and glass replacement for doors/windows.
• Do carpentry work like sheetrock repair and related tasks.
• Maintain air conditioning, heating and plumbing equipment.
• Inspect, service, and repair equipment used in maintenance.
• Inform Facility Manager of needed repairs.
• Work collaboratively with AltaPointe staff and adhere to policies.
