Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on assigned buildings
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and building systems
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and comfort calls
• Maintain generators, fire protection systems, and other critical infrastructure
• Ensure safety regulations and building codes compliance
• Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs
• Keep maintenance records, inspections, and work orders up to date
• Manage inventory and order materials as needed
