Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

• The ability to work independently while coordinating with property management, vendors, and tenants.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between buildings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine building inspections.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and building systems.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests and comfort calls.
• Maintain generators, fire protection systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, life safety standards, and building codes.
• Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection documentation, and work orders.
• Keep mechanical rooms, storage areas, grounds, and common areas clean and organized.
