Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks a General Maintenance professional to safeguard healthcare facility infrastructure. You will inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, ensuring safe operations and minimal downtime in a dental care environment.

Applicants should possess hands-on maintenance experience, read technical manuals and blueprints, and hold a facilities maintenance certification. OSHA and infection control training is a plus. On-site role in Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general maintenance, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and safety guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, repairing fixtures, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and preventive maintenance services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to healthcare facilities.
• Assist in facility setup and modifications to support healthcare operations and special events.
