Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Valid State Driver's License required.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping, painting and general maintenance.
• Operation of light equipment and power tools may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventative maintenance tasks across facilities.
• Repair plumbing, HVAC components, carpentry, painting and grounds work as needed.
• Assist with Life Safety compliance and project inspections.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; respond to routine service requests.
• Support other facilities staff as needed based on campus needs.
