Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance following codes and documents in CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, doors, fans, boilers, controls).
• Maintain patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables).
• Maintain mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, water systems, etc.).
• Perform routine general maintenance: grounds, carpentry, painting, snow removal.
• Respond to emergencies and outages per plans.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
