Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations (HPAO) seeks a Maintenance Supervisor at the Hyannis, MA campus. The role requires managing staff, coordinating payroll and scheduling, and ensuring maintenance and safety across facilities.

You will ensure compliance with applicable regulations, train staff, and oversee budget while maintaining high standards of care and service delivery. On-site, day shifts with flexibility are typical.

Qualifications

• Must always present as courteous and professional.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and HPAO systems.
• Ability to work with others in cooperative manner.
• Understanding of relationship between substance use and mental health issues.
• High level of professional boundaries and ethics.
• Comply with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.
• Complete HPAO de-escalation training.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organize staffing and scheduling for direct reports.
• Process payroll, leave requests, and HRIS tickets.
• Oversight of departmental budget.
• Attend weekly and monthly manager meetings.
• Arrange interviews and hiring.
• Onboard and train new staff.
• Conduct performance assessments.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and safety programs.
• Ensure quality of care and safety for patients.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and safety audits.
