Qualifications

• HVAC experience and knowledge of building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and codes.
• Comfort with physical demands (lift 50 lbs, climb stairs).
• Strong math skills for percentages and financial calculations.
• Experience in preventive maintenance or facilities operations preferred.
• Shift management or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Manage energy usage and optimize system performance.
