Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods; prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Ensure building operations comply with codes and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management and strive for system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace.
