Spero Health, INC. is seeking a Healthcare Facility Administrator/Practice Manager to join our Cincinnati, OH team. You will lead patient care initiatives, drive quality improvement, and mentor staff to deliver integrated behavioral health services.

You will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to grow patient referrals, maintain regulatory compliance, and manage clinic finance and vendor relationships. This role emphasizes a holistic care approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' experience in healthcare management or equivalent; four (4) years' experience in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets the standard for a remarkable patient experience and supports clinical goals.
• Develops and mentors a team to deliver high‑quality care.
• Builds relationships with physicians and referral sources in the local market.
• Ensures HIPAA and CFR 42 part 2 compliance.
• Oversees clinic operations, budget, vendors, and supplies.
