Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification (preferred; required for clinical functions within 90 days).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the standards of behavior, professionalism, and outstanding customer service in all relationships.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staff/provider schedules and performance management.
• Facilitate troubleshooting and follow-up to ensure effective relationships among providers, staff, customers and peers.
• Adhere to quality, compliance and risk standards and manage supply chain, budgeting and invoicing.
• Serve as liaison for new provider integration and onboarding.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes including registrations, work queues, copays, cash handling and coding compliance.
• Review practice data, identify variances, and assist with budgeting and reporting.
• Meet leadership to review trends and adjust strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with Joint Commission and regulatory agencies as applicable.
• Handle personnel functions in collaboration with HR.
