Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabiliation Services is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee operations for a Nursing Facility. You will supervise facility directors, enforce policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets to maintain financial health.

The role requires a four-year degree, at least four years of supervisory experience, and a NC Nursing Home Administrator license. You will interact with government agencies and payers while leading staff in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree is required.
• Minimum four years of supervisory experience in a Nursing Facility.
• A valid NC Nursing Home Administrator license is required.
• Solid knowledge of personnel administration and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Facility Department Directors and ensures staff perform properly.
• Establishes and maintains personnel and department policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards for Nursing Facility operation.
• Interviews and selects competent personnel to supervise all departments.
• Participates in in-service training for supervisory personnel and staff.
• Prepares an annual facility budget and reviews monthly financial status.
• Represents the Nursing Facility with agencies including governmental and third-party payers.
