Lionstone Healthcare is seeking an Administrator to oversee all facets of a facility's operations, including administrative, clinical, and financial functions. You will work closely with the Regional Director of Operations and department directors to ensure high‑quality care and services for residents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and an unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license (or state licensure eligibility).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; licensure as Nursing Home Administrator or eligibility under state rules.
• Excellent decision-making and independent judgement.
• Strong understanding of supply practices and guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Facility's programs and activities.
• Develop and maintain written policies and procedures.
• Assist in creating job descriptions and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies by staff, residents, and visitors.
• Represent the Facility in meetings and with outside agencies.
