Job summary

Arcadia Care in Bradley, IL is seeking a Business Office Manager to support daily accounting functions for the facility in line with cost reimbursement principles for nursing operations.

You will handle invoicing, AR collections, monthly financial statements, and contribute to system changes as directed. Strong bookkeeping, Medicaid/Medicare experience, and high school diploma required; healthcare environment a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least three (3) years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing day-to-day accounting functions.
• Maintain and facilitate invoices, reports, and accounting files; monitor accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheet, income, and expense reports.
• Assist in planning and implementing changes in the accounting system.
