Qualifications

• On-the-job training or trade school education is required.
• 2 years of experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building systems).
• 6 months of mechanic experience.
• 6 months of carpenter experience.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• 6 months of electrician experience (preferred).
• 6 months of plumber experience (preferred).
• Painter experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment as part of daily duties.
• Perform building repairs and preventative maintenance activities.
• Respond to maintenance needs with appropriate safety practices.
