Qualifications

• One to two years of formal training in mechanical or construction trades.
• Upon hire: National EPA Section 608 Certification - State County City Trade License Authority.
• 2 years HVAC operations and associated systems and equipment in an industrial institutional environment

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC equipment, controls and related systems in patient rooms, offices and hospital areas.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of HVAC systems including air handlers, package heat/cool units, heat pumps, refrigerators, ice machines and the HVAC pneumatic control system.
• Float to support off-site hospital properties as needed.
