Job summary

• On-the-job training or trade school education is required.
• 2 years of experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building systems).
• 6 months of mechanic experience.
• 6 months of carpenter experience.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• 6 months of electrician experience (preferred).
• 6 months of plumber experience (preferred).
• Painter experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant equipment as part of daily duties.

This posting is for multiple openings of Facilities Technician at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX. We are hiring for Full-Time, Day Shift opportunities.

Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of plant equipment, building repairs and preventative maintenance activities. Requires average supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: On the job training and/or trade school education




• 2 years of experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems




• 6 months of mechanic experience




• 6 months of carpenter experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting




• 6 months of electrician experience
