Orlando Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to lead facilities, life safety and environment of care programs. You will oversee Facilities Management, Loss Prevention, Telecommunications, Food Services, Environmental Services and Security, and drive the development and monitoring of a robust safety program.

You will conduct regular inspections, ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are properly implemented, and act as Safety/Security Officer for

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare Facilities Management.
• Understanding of Regulatory Compliance (LifeSafety NFPA 101, 2012).

• Plans, organizes, manages, and controls facilities management functions.
• Oversees Loss Prevention, Telecommunications, Food Services, Environmental Services and Security.
• Develops, implements, and monitors a safety management program.
• Conducts regular Life Safety and Environment of Care inspections.
• Ensures Security and Emergency Preparedness procedures are implemented.
