Job summary

Tulsa Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to lead planning, operations, and safety programs across Life Safety, Environment of Care, and Security. You will oversee Food Services, Environmental Services, and Telecommunications, and drive regulatory compliance with NFPA 101 standards.

Responsibilities include developing and monitoring safety initiatives, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring emergency procedures are current.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in Healthcare Facilities Management.
• Understanding of Regulatory Compliance (LifeSafety NFPA 101, 2012).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, manages, and controls the hospital's facilities management functions, loss prevention management functions, and telecommunications functions.
• Has direct oversight of Food Services, Environmental Services & Security.
• Responsible for development, implementation, and monitoring of a safety management program.
• Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections related to Life Safety and Environment of Care.
• Ensures Security and Emergency Preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
• Director of Facilities Management has also been appointed as the facility Safety / Security Officer.
