Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities administration, construction project management, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in healthcare facilities management and familiarity with The Joint Commission standards
• Adept in using Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

• Supports facility operations, project oversight, and safety compliance across the organization
• Coordinates construction, maintenance, vendor contracts, and space utilization with Plant Operations and internal departments
• Manages safety programs, regulatory assessments, and maintenance tracking through specialized software
• Balances priorities, responds to urgent compliance issues, and communicates across teams
