Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in facilities administration, construction project management, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare facilities management and familiarity with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards.
• Adept in using Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Support facility operations, project oversight, and safety compliance across the organization.
• Coordinate construction, maintenance, vendor contracts, and space utilization in collaboration with Plant Operations and internal departments.
• Manage safety programs, regulatory assessments, and tracking of maintenance through specialized software.
• Communicate effectively across teams to address urgent compliance issues and maintain safety leadership.
