CBRE, Inc. in the Greater Austin area (Temple, Round Rock, Pflugerville) is seeking a Facilities Consultant to oversee a healthcare campus portfolio, managing projects from initiation to close‑out with hands‑on PM and budget oversight.

This onsite role emphasizes client interaction, coordinating services across units, coordinating vendor contracts, and delivering high‑quality facility improvements while maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of facilities projects across healthcare campuses from initiation to close‑out.
• Conduct regular onsite visits and travel to facilities within the portfolio to oversee progress.
• Coordinate services for all business units, large departments, or work groups.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and fostering strong relationships.
• Source, evaluate, and manage external vendors, including obtaining competitive quotes and negotiating contracts.
• Review and approve vendor contracts and specify terms of agreements.
• Support facility shutdowns and relocations with minimal disruption.
• Apply in‑depth knowledge of standard principles and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across teams.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
