Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead capital facilities initiatives from inception through completion. You will plan, design, preconstruction, FF&E, construction and stakeholder engagement across admin, clinical, and engineering teams. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong customer service and collaboration.

The role emphasizes execution, team leadership, and adherence to regulatory standards within a Geisinger footprint. Office-based with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare-related project experience preferred.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, design, construction and occupancy.
• Develop and monitor capital budgets, schedules and scopes.
• Lead project evaluation meetings and administrative reviews.
• Coordinate bidding, negotiation and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Build and lead high-performing project teams.
• Oversee contractor and consultant performance.
• Deliver multiple projects with minimal oversight.
• Present project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
