Job summary

Corewell Health in Southfield, MI is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate planning and execution of facility projects of varying size. You will support the full lifecycle from budgeting and design through closeout, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating with design teams, reviewers, and contractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and providing proactive communication to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, construction management or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• 2 years of relevant construction project management experience or more.
• Licensed driver in Michigan (STATE_MI) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of small construction projects including scheduling, planning, design, construction, and regulatory interactions.
• Develop preliminary project budgets and change orders based on drawings and space program.
• Develop RFPs, issue LOIs, negotiate terms, manage contracts and payments with contractors, and procure furnishings/equipment.
• Direct and monitor project work, manage internal and external teams, and ensure quality, safety, and client communication.
