Corewell Health is seeking a Construction Project Manager to coordinate planning and implementation of construction and facility projects from small improvements to large-scale initiatives. The role supports all project lifecycle phases, budgets, scheduling, bidding, and closeout, partnering with design teams and stakeholders for successful delivery.

Based in the Southfield area, the position focuses on ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory adherence while aligning with Corewell Health's

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, construction management, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 2+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (MI).

Mansioni

• Coordinate all phases of small construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop preliminary budgets and bid packages based on drawings.
• Prepare change orders, RFPs, and contract terms; manage outside contractors.
