The role requires at least four years of design/construction experience in a major facility setting, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and AutoCAD proficiency. Strong organizational, communication, and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; healthcare project management certifications may be considered.
• Four years design/construction experience in a major facility setting.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate designer, contractors and vendors with project team.
• Prepare contract documents for bidding to outside contractors and vendors.
• Prepare and follow up on project documentation and schedules.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance on sites.
• Update capital project progress in tracking systems and documentation.
