Job summary

Catholic Health is seeking an experienced Capital Projects Manager to support the RED&F department across Suffolk region on facility design, procurement and construction initiatives. You will manage schedules, budgets and reporting, coordinating with vendors, consultants and hospital stakeholders to deliver projects safely and on time.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least five years of design and construction experience in a major facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Five years design and construction experience in a major facility setting.
• Proficiency with Autocad and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the project management of specific capital projects.
• Coordinate construction activities with vendors and stakeholders.
• Prepare project schedules and cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and AHJ documentation.
