Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years directly related experience as a skilled journeyman in all painting phases.
• Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Must have a strong knowledge of and experience with tools, equipment and products of the trade.
• Must have knowledge of EPA codes and regulations as they pertain to the trade.
• Mixes paints by prescribed formulations.
• Uses airless and pressure type equipment, brushes and rollers.
• Applies cement and tape to joints, installs wall and floor coverings.

Aufgaben

• Perform skilled journeyman painting across university buildings, facilities and equipment.
• Respond to Hospital Emergency Response Team and county emergencies as needed.
• Inspect and repair smoke and fire walls in accordance with codes and regulations.
