Crothall Healthcare in New York is seeking an Operations Manager to help direct and oversee support services within the department. You will coordinate frontline associates and act as liaison between administration and unit departments, delivering high service levels.

The role requires 4 years in related services with supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Comprehensive benefits are offered by Crothall.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a changing environment.
• Good organization and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review standards and procedures for staff.
• Plan work, staffing, and areas to ensure service quality.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reports on goals and plans.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Communicate with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinate outside services (pest control, window cleaning, waste, etc).
