Job summary

Crothall Healthcare seeks an Operations Manager to direct and oversee support services. You will coordinate frontline associates and act as liaison between administration and departments to deliver high-quality service.

The role requires 4+ years in support services and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a support service related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Oversee support services operations and coordinate frontline associates.
• Serve as liaison between administration and unit departments to ensure service quality.
• Establish and review standards and work procedures annually.
• Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and training new associates.
• Orient, develop, and supervise supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and make facility recommendations.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Coordinate external services (pest control, window cleaning, waste management, recycling).
