Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to direct and oversee the support services operational needs within our healthcare-focused operations. You will coordinate frontline staff, act as liaison between administration and units, and drive high levels of service.

The role requires strong leadership, 4 years in related service fields, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience with customer contact. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience with high customer contact.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a changing environment.
• Knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules and areas of work to ensure adequate services are rendered.
• Assists in the hiring process; interview, hiring and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility.
• Conducts monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
• Provides staff education and continuous training.
• Communicates with staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates outside services (e.g. Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Medical and Solid Waste, Document Destruction, and Recycling).
