Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace safety inspections of all clinics, buildings and properties.
• Conduct cold storage inspections for all locations.
• Install and maintain Digital Data Loggers for Facilities and Operations.
• Monitor and manage security systems for all locations.
• Assist with logistics of equipment and access controls.
• Coordinate service vendors for PM and repairs at all sites.
• Maintain space planning data for staffing at all sites.
• Manage janitorial supplies and inventory audits.
• Assist with scheduling department staff across locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
