Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the Grafton site, oversee daily operations, and maintain critical infrastructure. You will schedule work, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all facilities systems.

You will manage maintenance programs, supervise staff, coach performance, and drive improvements while coordinating with external vendors and internal teams to support high-quality patient care facilities.

Competenze

• Ability to work with minimal oversight with advanced technical skills in facility maintenance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills required.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, BAS, Pneumatic Tube Systems and CMMS.
• Solid understanding of applicable compliance codes and guidelines.

Mansioni

• Oversees department operations, sets work schedules, assigns daily tasks and addresses service requests.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local standards for facilities operations.
• Coordinates construction projects, reviews specs, inspects installations and monitors schedules.
• Schedules inspection, testing and maintenance of facilities equipment via CMMS.
• Maintains records of inspections and maintenance in appropriate systems.
