Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Lead Technician to direct maintenance teams at Royal Oak Hospital. You will supervise and participate in evaluation, installation, inspection, calibration and repair of equipment, while monitoring work orders within the Facilities Management group.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, coordinating staff, and ensuring compliant documentation and data in CMMS systems. The role emphasizes leadership in a clinical environment and adherence to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision abilities for directing department(s).
• Strong knowledge of maintenance workflows and healthcare facilities.
• Ability to coordinate, motivate and schedule work for a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work orders and prioritize tasks for technicians.
• Manage daily operations for maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure accurate CMMS data entry and asset documentation.
• Support performance evaluations and staff development.
• Model Corewell Health values in daily operations.
