Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates and collaborates with supervisors, project managers and others to ensure quality, timely, cost-effective construction and services.
• Performs expert level communication and hands-on construction activities using measurement tools to determine proper functions.
• Inspects and mentors apprentices, providing direction as needed.
• Documents procedures and work completed accurately and timely.
• Performs work in specialty systems including repair, layout, demolition and site preparation for construction.
• Ensures services comply with legal specifications, codes and organizational policies.
• Plans and coordinates workflow with other trades and acts as resource related to building systems.
