Job summary

CHOC, located in Orange, California, is seeking a Manager, Facilities to oversee Facilities Operations, Plant Operations and Grounds across CHOC Orange and off-site locations. You will ensure infrastructure remains fully operational and compliant with TJC, CMS, OSHA while delivering project management, analytics and stakeholder support.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Facilities Management, you will drive capital planning, forecast needs, and lead cross-functional teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience is required.
• Master of Health Administration or Master of Business Administration preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facilities Operations, Plant Operations and Grounds at CHOC Orange.
• Ensure infrastructure is compliant with TJC, CMS and OSHA and coordinate capital improvements.
• Provide project management, consultative, analytical and research services to stakeholders and drive strategic planning.
