Job summary
New Castle Nursing & Rehab and Twin Oaks Assisted Living in New Castle, KY, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to support daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and survey readiness across both facilities. You will work with the Maintenance Director on plumbing, basic electrical tasks, painting and routine upkeep to keep areas safe and comfortable for residents.

Qualifications
- Practical maintenance skills including plumbing, basic electrical, repairs, and use of hand/power tools.
- Comfort with email, basic spreadsheets, electronic work orders, and digital records.
- Strong communication, initiative, organization, and teamwork in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs at New Castle Nursing & Rehab and Twin Oaks Assisted Living.
- Assist with plumbing repairs, painting, carpentry, and routine upkeep.
- Troubleshoot basic electrical/mechanical issues and coordinate with Maintenance Director.
