You will work with the Maintenance Director to use electronic work orders and ensure survey readiness, keeping resident areas safe and welcoming.

The role requires practical maintenance skills, basic plumbing/electrical know‑how, and strong computer and communication abilities.

• Practical maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical basics and carpentry.
• Comfort with electronic work orders and digital records.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs at New Castle Nursing & Rehab and Twin Oaks Assisted Living.
• Assist with plumbing repairs, painting, patching, basic carpentry, and routine upkeep.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and equipment repairs within training scope.
