The role covers electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs to keep systems safe and functional. Education: high school diploma; 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred; certifications in HVAC/plumbing/electrical are a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC/plumbing/electrical cert preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years in building maintenance or repair, healthcare setting preferred.
• Skills: basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safe tool use; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Inspect building and grounds regularly to identify needs and ensure safety and function.
• Complete carpentry, painting, and minor construction as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, resolving issues timely.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and keep accurate records.
• Maintain safety protocols and comply with codes; assist with fire safety systems.
• Support inventory and collaboration with staff; assist with special projects.
