LionStone Care is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the Paulding care facility in Ohio. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs to keep the building safe and functional for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, safety compliance, emergency repairs, inventory management, and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, or areas requiring repair.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as fixing doors, windows, and furniture.
• Assist with upkeep of common areas, resident rooms, and facility grounds.
