Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support the Engineering and Maintenance Department on a 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM–7:30 PM). The role involves inventory management, repairs, and preventive maintenance of patient-related equipment and building systems in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with renovations, and coordinating minor contract repairs, with a focus on safety and documentation.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years progressive experience in general building maintenance in a healthcare facility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory of repair parts for patient transport equipment and related items.
• Perform repair and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation of materials and renovations (partitions, ceilings, floors).
• Process work orders and required paperwork promptly and neatly.
• Support minor contract repairs and equipment installations as needed.
• Ensure neat, safe building repairs and proper documentation.
