The role involves conducting fire drills, maintaining regulatory documents, and assisting with maintenance at other locations as needed. A High School Diploma or GED and system knowledge are required; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google apps is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Training in electrical/mechanical/building systems preferred.
• Minimum 1 year maintenance experience with custodial/building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and building issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance of interior and exterior systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structures, grounds).
• Manage fire drills and regulatory paperwork.
• Assist with maintenance at other Kansas City locations as needed.
